“I’ve known about J&T feeds for years but only recently became a customer. I was sick of the trash that most major pet food companies manufacture for our babies, so I decided to check them out. They carry a large selection of high quality foods that you can be proud to feed your pets. They even have a good amount of local items!Their staff is kind, knowledgeable, caring, and patient - not to mention so down-to-earth. What used to be a mundane task, has turned into something I look forward to every few weeks.The customer service is unmatched, and they are so generous in their exchange/return policies. The shop is always clean and organized, and their dog washes are immaculate!They are truly an example of how a business should operate, and I will continue to be loyal to them as long as I have pets!”

“The employees are pretty friendly and I usually find what I need for my birds. However, it saddens me to see the Conures, parakeets, and other birds they get in for the ridiculous price. I went in the other day and the green cheek that is there, only had a ladder to stand on. No toys or anything for stimulation. And its tail looked all frayed and soiled with poop. The 2 cockatiels also looked bored and tired, possibly sick because they didn’t look very perky. I wish Petco and Petsmart would stop selling these poor birds for profit to people who don’t always know about the proper care of birds.”
