I appreciate the customer service provided by the delivery person, Jose Marino. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to get our propane delivered in winter conditions.

I e mailed requesting a 200 gal fillup that was completely ignored. You guys are terrible in customer relations.looking forward to switching to another company as soon as posdible.Been a loyal customer for many years and got screwed. Please use my response for advertising purposes and it with others

After 4 phone calls to customer service and managerial staff our propane was finally delivered, 2 weeks late. I can understand a delay, however, this was extreme given the time of year. The amount of time I spent on this issue with your representatives and the broken promises made by managers was disappointing.
