The national customer service line is terrible in that it is hard to understand their version of english. when asked to speak to supervisor, on hold for 15. min and still no supervisor. I am running out of propane and asked for quick delivery which would be an extra charge of which I was willing to pay, but their automated CC payment system failed....... No way to contact a local Amerigas office. This is a bad situation. Will have to look at other suppliers.

I appreciate the customer service provided by the delivery person, Jose Marino. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to get our propane delivered in winter conditions.

I e mailed requesting a 200 gal fillup that was completely ignored. You guys are terrible in customer relations.looking forward to switching to another company as soon as posdible.Been a loyal customer for many years and got screwed. After 4 phone calls to customer service and managerial staff our propane was finally delivered, 2 weeks late. I can understand a delay, however, this was extreme given the time of year. The amount of time I spent on this issue with your representatives and the broken promises made by managers was disappointing.

Terrible. You screwed up and cancelled my autodelivery so we ran out if gas. We out in an emergency request but you took 3 days to show up. You charged us $.70 more per gallon than the competition. You have virtually no customer support. And I've communicated this 4 times and no response.

Like others have mentioned, this outfit is the worst. They lure you in with easy and convenient/discounted sign-up, but charge for anything and everything on top of their high refill prices (20% + beyond other local companies). I cannot complain about anything related to purchasing more propane (trucks show up when they say they will even in snow), but they have the worst coustomer service for any questions (like appliances, billing, etc.). It's a huge company and you'll only get empty promises from off-shore chat people who cannot do anything but promise to get back to you. It's absolutely infuriating and a big waste of time. You will tear your hair out. Best choose from any of the other local propane companies. Maybe in the future Amerigas will fix their company, but right now, they simply do not care.

I had a complaint. No ticket was provided by the driver, and the amount of propane delivered was disputed. After contacting Amerigas, and going through their typical responses that would address this type of problem, but didn't, they listened to my complaint and adjusted the bill. For a company as large as Amerigas, this was a very pleasant result. I've used multiple propane companies over the past 5 years, Amerigas has been the best.

An extremely difficult overseas company! They are NOT an American company. Their drivers and local people are very good and service oriented. Their overseas staff is terrible! Constantly must spend Hours on the phone to get the tank filled. We are signed up to regularly keep the tank full. They do not.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER Use this overpriced corporate juggernaut. They overcharge compared to other companies in the area. They also nickle-and-dime you for anything/everything, and will even CHARGE YOU TO PICK UP THE TANK WHEN YOU CANCEL. They are hard to contact, forever-hold-times, hang-up on you, etc. (unless you're signing up for service). They are simply a billing machine and you will spend hours and hours trying to deal with them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
