New West Physician's system is a pain to deal with but if you can contact their office in Evergreen it works.6 Years Ago: Finding another provider. Rude front office people who don't want my business and don't care about my or my family's health. PAs are excellent if you can ever get to them, Dr's so-so. Avoid if you can.”

“I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 20+ years. I’ve always received very good care. With the recent acquisition with Optum a lot of there drs and my favorite PA left. I recently had to go there and saw Dr Muehling- the wait was a bit longer than usual but they did get me in the same day which is very unusual for a busy clinic. He actually did a follow up call to see how I was doing. I’ve never experienced that before so - appreciated! I for one do not like change but am open to work with a different dr and see which one I like the best.”
