This was a scheduled standard 20 min appt but we came in with a very complex problem and she took the time that was needed to do a thorough assessment, come up with a plan and was extraordinarily patient despite her tight schedule. We never felt rushed, she was so empathetic and kind.I am a healthcare provider as well and know the time crunch she was under but you would never have known it. The front desk was always quick to get me scheduled and her medical assistants were so helpful and were excellent communicators. I would probably be on my way to being in a wheelchair if it wasn't for Libby. Now I'm healing after I got the help that I needed.
