“We love our Tender Care family!! I’ve been going here for years but recently had an issue where my dog needed attention (as an owner it’s detrimental when our dogs go through any health issue & we act like nothing else matters). I went to urgent care & realized how much the staff and doctors get thrown at them in a days work - walk ins, severe cases, regular appointments, phone calls, grooming etc. I ended up leaving urgent care because there were other pets there that needed immediate care. The staff got me in at Glen Eagle the same day. Drove over & they saw my dog. Ended up having to wait a few days for bloodwork to get my dogs prescription - I bothered the staff by calling more than I should have but they were SO patient with me & got my puppy taken care of as timely as they could. I cannot thank them ENOUGH!! One dose in, my dogs a totally different dog!”
“Loved the service we got! we have friends ( the strevetts) who bring their Dutch Shepards in and recommended us and we got the best and fastest care. my husband was more than pleased! murphy did so good and they were gentle with him!”

“This review is long overdue it’s been a difficult few months. We took our senior dog aka the love of our lives.. to Ponderosa being relatively new to the area, we first saw Dr. Rippberger who spent so much time examining and caring for Zeus gently and thorough even though he got tired and nipped at her! she made me feel so important with my concerns and let me know to take him home and love him for his remaining time. So we did. When it was his time we brought him back and the staff could not have been more wonderful and sympathetic, Dr. Coufal (Soulful) was beyond sympathetic he spent so much time with us before the euthanasia procedure and after he was absolutely genuine and made us feel special in our grief. We trusted him completely with our good boy.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of our beloved family member, we received kindness and empathy and we will always be grateful.

“I have been a client of this practice for about 15 years and they have always taken good care of my horses. I have mostly worked with Dr. Unruh over the years and I can’t say enough positive things about him. He is extremely calm and measured with horses and people. We have been lucky to have pretty healthy horses, but recently our mini had a pretty bad impaction colic. Dr. Unruh was on call that night and responded quickly. Unfortunately, several hours later he was in pain again and Dr. Unruh came out a second time at 2:00 am. Later that morning, when things weren’t resolving, he came out a third time and connected me with someone who was willing to haul him to the clinic for IV fluids. From there, Dr. Gilbreath took over. Dr. Gilbreath has a similar calm and measured demeanor and is absolutely wonderful with communication; he texted updates consistently and even responded on a Saturday after my mini was back home. Dr. Gilbreath is now treating my mare for a hind-gut issue and I’ve experienced the same great communication. These vets truly care about horses and their people and we are lucky to have them in this area. I’ve also really appreciated all the techs, who are always very friendly.”

“I had an emergency situation with my little old man here, all the girls up front were very sweet (special shout-out to Kaitlin!!!!??) and Dr Tyler Smith was very focused on getting my boy taken care of. I was able to pick him up last night and bring him home, I'm so very thankful!?
I saw people mentioning Dr Mac in previous reviews, and yes he was wonderful all the many years he was here!!! BUT, I wouldn't wanted anyone other than Dr Tyler Smith monitoring my boy yesterday anyways! Very attentive and communicated with me throughout the process!
Also, I saw people in other reviews mentioning poor communication and rudeness at the front desk... please make sure that you have your own communication and manners in line before accusing these sweet young ladies of acting inappropriately.
Yes, we all love our fur babies and we want to get them taken care of, but it needs to be a team effort, INCLUDING the fur parent!❤️”

“Dr. Regnier was great. Had a good experience there and he is officially our new veterinarian. Our sweet pup Lola was not afraid or nervous and she didn’t even flinch when he gave her vaccinations. Fairly priced, honest vet, no upsell of things we didn’t need and test that weren’t necessary. Felt like we got good, sensible honest advice. Personable and easy to talk to. Lola liked him and so did we! No complaints at all. Highly recommended.
The vet we left was a more business, colder atmosphere, and they were continuously trying to upsell us, recommending tests that weren’t needed “just in case”. You will not have that experience here.”

“This is by far the best vet in town and we have tried several! They are not money hungry whatsoever and they truly just do what’s best for the animal. Their pricing is very affordable, the vet always spend so much time explaining stuff and truly is great with humans as well as the animals. The nurse Kim is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive when we have needed anything. Our dogs both have some weird G.I. bug going on and they have been so amazing, allowing us to not even bring them in and just pick up medication when needed!! Highly recommend you switching to Pets first animal Hospital!!!”
“We love our vet for Teddy! First vet he went to at 10 weeks, we moved away for a short period of time and when we moved back to the Springs, we came right back. They treat him well, can handle his extra excitement and always keep us posted on what is due so we can keep him healthy. Plus! “This PETCO is pretty massive. They have a groomer which I have not brought my doggo to but should have. Either way, pretty generic pet store chain with plenty of variety. My dog needs limited ingredients food and they have ample choices. Just got a little kitten, too, and picked up the basics.”

“Every staff person I encountered was very caring, understanding and attentive. They not only put me at ease, but also my pet. Staff listened to me, answered all my questions and provided a thorough evaluation of my pet. They quickly determined what was causing my pet discomfort and made him feel better before we left. All staff were amazing - from the front desk - tech's, assistants and the Doctor! They truly appeared to care for my pet.
< br />One thing that did stand out - as I was checking out, a dog in the lobby became rather aggressive. One of the front desk staff immediately stepped in to assist both me and the other dog owner. Thank you!!! What I appreciated most is how all staff treated my pet. My dog was in pain and all staff treated him so kindly. They really put him at ease and I feel he fell in love with each staff that interacted with him. I also appreciated the cost of the ER visit. It was much less than I anticipated.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Animal Hospital of Falcon! They were able to get Shiloh in last minute for his shot updates, which was such a relief. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They were patient, gentle, and truly excellent with Shiloh, making sure he was comfortable the whole time.
