“I can’t say enough good about this place. My vet was trying to get us in here after discovering that my cat had cancer, but I originally went to another clinic just to get things started. Once we switched here things started to feel a lot less heavy. I know I was a wreck in the beginning of this process and the entire staff has always been caring and thorough in their explanations. They are accommodating and I’ve never loved a vet so much for my cat. They provide snacks and drinks, which can be very comforting in the sadder visits. Fortunately, my cat has been doing well so far. We have her on palliative chemo. Making those kinds of choices regarding her life and care get impossible at first. Thank you to the entire team and her doctor, Dr. Beck R-M. He has always answered every question I’ve had promptly and seems to really have an eye for detail/behavior patterns. After a few moves around and a few vets later, I am so thankful I’ve had SCVIM when things got truly tough.”

“This is the best vet ever. I had to get my 14 year old dogs teeth pulled yesterday. The doctor did such a good job. They called and gave me updates throughout the process. Not only is the doctor great, but the vet techs and front desk are amazing too. Everytime I walk in they know my dogs by name and run up and pet them. While my dog was in recovery the tech cuddled with my dog on her break and watched over her like her own. That meant so much to me. They go above and beyond. I have been to MANY different vets throughout these 14 years and have not the best experiences. They are fairly priced and don’t over charge you like many vets. I trust them completely to take care of my babies. I can’t say enough about Austin Bluffs animal clinic.”

“Our recent visit to Northgate for our three large dogs' annual vaccines/exams and subsequent procedures was an exceptional experience from start to finish.First, they got us in for an appointment very quickly, especially for a new client. When we got there, the entire atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The techs and vet were all very kind and patient, especially with one of our dogs who can be quite a handful.Two of our dogs underwent procedures—a spay and gastroplexy. We move/travel often and have specifically waited to do these two large procedures until we found a vet we were 100% confident with. The minimally invasive methods employed by Northgate were nothing short of incredible. The incisions were very small and they healed remarkably quickly compared to our other female who had the same procedures done at another vet 2 years ago.The care, compassion, and attention to detail exhibited by the entire staff truly set Northgate apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional care—both one-time/passing through and regular/long-term.”
