I needed my car battery tested, I had gone to Advance Auto 1st but the lady there said she couldn't test it, so I called O'Reilly and spoke with Mike, he said to come on down and he could test and replace it. The battery was bad, he was able to get me a battery and install a new one. He was great, went above and beyond!
