I needed to have damage to my car repaired and didn't feel confident that any of the shops recommended by the at-fault driver's insurance company would provide the level of service needed. Brandon and his team took care of the entire process, communicating at every step and working with the insurance company to secure supplemental coverage. They put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful situation run smoothly. My car looked better than new and was ready before they initially estimated. The service here is exceptional. “Overall, my experience with 5250 was good, but not without challenges. I brought in an LS swap with Painless wiring and ECU. The team got started quickly, but I felt the ECU was dismissed too soon as the root issue, despite Painless being a reputable brand. After trailering the car two hours, I had to bring down a factory ECU to continue. When tuning still didn’t go smoothly, I was told it was a wiring issue and that they couldn’t spend more time on it. Ultimately, the real problem was an incorrect O2 sensor (internal ground vs external ground style) an honest overlook when I ordered. While I appreciate the effort and understand the demands of this industry, I expected more professional communication and less product-blaming throughout the process.”

“I brought my vehicle in for a new set of tires ( 8th set I have purchased from them for multiple vehicles) and asked them to also do an alignment. Unfortunately they found several issues in the front end! I was quoted a good price for the repairs and they also discounted the tires. This is my primary vehicle so I couldn't afford to be without it for more then the day. All repairs were made same day and they did a great job! Super friendly and helpful staff! Not just the best tire shop in Fort Lupton, but worth driving too if you are anywhere in NOCO!”

“10000000000% recommend this store! I’m from Wyoming, we went down to DIA to pick up a kid from there late Sunday Dec 29th, started our journey back home that night. I googled closest parts store to test the battery. It was between o’Reilly or AutoZone on Firestone blvd. So we rolled into AutoZone an hr before closing. The lady and young gentleman working went up and beyond. They could have easily said all we can help you with is the parts and washed their hands of us. But neither did! Come to find out it was my alternator that was toast. They checked on us, let us use their tool cart. The lady stayed an hour after their closing time!! She didn’t have to but she chose to stay. We ended up replacing my alternator in my car in two hours and was able to make it home back to Wyoming. Their positive attitude really helped the shitty situation we were in. AutoZone give these two a bonus or some kind of recognition!!! This is why I go to AutoZone. The customer service is always hands down the best and now I can include CO as a favorite store, since Casper Wyo has two great stores!!! I didn’t catch their names but thank you for your help and your kindness during a stressful time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!”
