“My 2015 Honda Accord is in great mechanical condition, but the interior was looking old due to years of children and pet hair. I ordered headlight restoration, exterior wash, wax, and interior detailing and the results are fantastic. The grime is completely gone from the door panels and leather seats, and the interior and headlights look like they did when we bought the car ~100,000 miles ago. And to my pleasant surprise there is little/no chemical smell. Well done!”

“After driving down the street when construction was taking place, I noticed white paint from the road splattered across the sides of my car, wheel wells, and wheels. In a panic I took my car through a car wash at a random gas station with no improvement. So when I reached out to Brighton Car Wash, I felt hopeless but figured it was worth inquiring about. I spoke with one of the owners, Chris, who told me he would be happy to take a look at my car for me. Chris was not only knowledgable about how he could help, but was careful to make sure there would not be any damage in the process. His patience and attention to detail improved things to the point where you cannot tell there was any paint splattered. I had the best hand wash for a great price and will certainly come back for an interior detail and dog wash at the dog wash station as soon as I have the chance. l would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are friendly, thorough, and their seating area in their lobby is clean and inviting. Brighton Car Wash is hands down the best place in the area to take your vehicle. Thank you, Chris and team!!”
“The wait is a little long on hot days. For the car wash the prices are $10, $12, and $15 dollars. Also, takes about 5 minutes a car. They also have a power wash area where you can wash your car yourself.”

“This place is great and I have been coming here for years. The guy James that cleaned it is no longer there. He was so professional and handled the business as if it was his own. He had such great customer service with the people that used the place.
But I want to say really that unfortunately at times the owners can’t always be there. Things happen and stuff breaks it isn’t always the owners fault but instead the people that misuse the items given. People are so irresponsible and handle these items terribly because it isn’t their stuff.
You will always have my business!”
“The customer service here is beyond good, they are exceptional. I have used them 4 or 5 times with my monthly car wash account. They always are pleasant, fix your issues quickly, and answer your questions, no matter how trivial in a way that is easy to understand. “Plenty of bays, vacuums suck well (very important), priced right, and clean. Only complaint is the drive thru car wash. It took my $20 bill, spit out a few quarters, and shorted me $8. Didn't dry my car at the end and missed the whole roof of my small car. Entire top was completely missed and I was pushed to exit the bay drip drying”
“Touch less wash is the way to go, reasonable price. There are wand washing bays that probably work better for the really dirty vehicles. I'd recommend Signal Car Wash”

“The owner of this place is awesome. I was at the location today servicing his camera system and I watch him talk to an elderly lady today and apologized to her that the Auto Wash was under repair. He then asked her to pull into the self service bay and I watched him wash her car for her. The world needs more people like him. I Highly recommend this Car Wash.”
“Love the automatic car wash here. Reasonably priced and works good. I've never been here when there wasn't an attendant cleaning up and fixing things. Bays usually clean and in working order. But the auto bay is my personal favorite. They use good soap and wax. Smells good at least.”

“Brought my giant dog in for the first time, and for a diy I was impressed. The tub was perfect height for my dog to get into,I was able to wash him without hurting myself as well. The water temp was perfect, something I was concerned with, as there's no way to adjust it. The shampoo is gentle and not very scented (my dog is sensitive to some soaps) We skipped the flea/tick shampoo and conditioner, (sensitive skin dog) .I was very happy to find the blower did not scare him, it wasn't loud or too hot- I feel like it was his favorite part. (I did have towels, and they did come in handy for the last bits) for us the 10 min was the perfect amount of time,and the rate was $10 for 10min.
Splash aprons, wall hooks, trash can, a wall holder nearby(handy for brushes) - the tub has leash hooks on both ends, and a thick pad in the wash basin!
3 cons worth noting:
*there's no way to lock the door from inside. There IS a large window in the door , but someone opened the door when I was mid wash. My dog can be reactive at times, and I don't leash him to the wall for a better wash- regardless, had my dog reacted to the interruption, I never would have been able to finish.- another concern is the wash is open 24/7 ,I love that, but as a lone woman focused on the dog in the wash and the door behind me unlocked..... maybe an addition can be made.
*the floor wasn't very wet, but I was being very cautious not to slip. Maybe a mat?
* the room was reasonably clean for a public dog wash- but there was layer of green algae and hair between the front and pack panel of the tub door. Ick.
All in all, loved it. Very convenient,fair rate, perfect timing, we'll be back.”
