“Had an excellent 3-day stay here for some business meetings in town. The team was professional, accommodating, personable, and knowledgeable. Christian, in particular, provided stellar customer service.”

“The room was a good size the place smells like cleaning products when you first enter into the building, but i would rather it smell that than the opposite. The rooms were a good size but i will say the trash cans were ridiculously small. the bathroom one and the actual room trash can. Please get bigger trash cans. We were kind of by train track and a highway and people in Colorado are really really loud, well their cars were with their annoying mufflers. The train was a bit loud but not enough to wake you up but enough to know it's nearby. But overall it was a good stay for those 3 nights 5/5 would stay again.”

“WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM WE WERE A BIT NERVOUS THERE WERE A NUMBER OR PEOPLE LOITERING AROUND THE BACK PARKING LOT BY THE TRASH CANSI WENT TO USE THE FACILITIES AND FOUND THERE WAS NO WORKING TOILET. WHEN I ALERTED THE FRONT DESK HE HANDED ME A PLUNGE. Ii WAS A BIT SURPRIZED BUT ATTEMTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM MYSELF. WHEN IT DIDNT WORK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, I TOLD THE FRONT DEST AGAIN AND WAS TOLD SORRY. HE STATED THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS AND GRACIOUSLY LET ME KEEP THE PLUNGER FOR THE NIGHT. THEY NEXT MORNING I LOOKED FOR A PUBLIC RESTROOM BUT DIDNT FIND ONE. WHEN WE CHECKED OUT I TOLD THE MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUES. SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A BATHROOM. I ASKED FOR OUR CHARGE TO BE DISCOUNTED AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE ME $20. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND SHE THEN REFUSED THE DISCOUNT. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE I WAS PUT ON THE "DO NOT RENT LIST" IM NOT SURE WHY A WORKING TOILET SHOULDNT BE AN EXPECTATION WHEN RENTING A HOTEL ROOM. I GUESS WYNDOM/SUPER 8 IST CONCERNED WITH SANITATION!A week later there were $1000 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card used at that address”

“Spent one night there in mid Feb, 2024.Had a TV problem that was fixed sickly.Excellent location with several places to eat within 100 yards.Close to where we needed to be.I really loved the fact that room 203 had a bath tub!The young lady at the front desk let me use her ice scraper when we woke up to -2 degrees and an inch of new snow!Walkability: Many fast food restaurants within 100 yards of Motel 6.Santiago's is a GREAT Mexican restaurant!!”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, making it unbearable to stay in. In a desperate attempt to get a better room, I was moved to another one, only to find a bed with urine stains. I reached out to the hotel for assistance, but they never responded. To make matters worse, I booked through USAA member services, and when I tried to file a claim, I was told it was non-refundable. I was promised a safe and clean room, and the hotel failed to deliver. After a 12-hour drive, I had to switch hotels. This was a terrible ordeal, and I would strongly advise against staying here.”

“Polite professional staff. Clean comfortable bed. Excellent room amenities.My room was on the front side and there is a lot of road noise. Windows do not block it at all. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage links along with the bread & cereal items. A little overpriced in my opinion but everything in this area is.”

“The surly trash women working the counter with her children, one in a high chair and the other running amok in the lobby refused to let me check into the room I already paid for online. why you might ask? well, because I didn’t have the actual physical card I used to book the room. I used apple pay to book the room with a digital credit card from Chase Bank (as my replacement had not arrived in the mail before my trip) I offered the filth working the full number and complete details of the card including Chase Bank customer service whom could even verify the validity of the myself and the card (it matched the card booking and the one in apple pay) but she still refused and began to gaslight and play the victim class (as i’m sure she does often in all aspects of her disgusting promiscuous life.)this card “policy” is not reflected anywhere on their website, affiliates or third party’s booking webpages. it was quite obviously a case of discrimination towards myself. A topic in which I have zero plans of rolling over and letting her get away with and not having to answer for.what an absolutely abysmal business.”
