“The music was good. It's a shame the Elks doesn't do something to fix up the venue. In addition there were not enough seats so people were standing all over making it impossible to see the band. No one over seeing the crowd. It was crazy and could have been so much better.”

“It’s a beautiful hotel with great customer service. There are trails on the backside of the hotel and you can walk to shopping areas or a park, just wonderful. Now there is a pool but no hot tub which is kind of weird. And if you book do everything online including check in because there is usually no one at the front desk to check you in. We did not book a specific room online because it only showed one room available which was odd. We went inside and advised we did not pick a room online because the one room they showed available did not interest us, which is why we waited thank goodness as I was right they had many available rooms and we got the one we wanted. Beware they do not offer continental breakfast but you can add breakfast to your daily charge which is what I did for two nights. And they still charged us 30.00 dollars more for the second night meal. My husband was very frustrated and we just left. Other than that absolutely I will stay there again. Now I know the rules.”

“The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. I had a reservation mix-up (with a third party booking company, not the hotel) and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us.They did a great job!The place is modest, clean and comfortable.I'd definitely stay again.”

“Had an uneventful detour which made me need a room. Got one on the 3rd floor with a king size bed and a balcony, with a nice view of the mountain to the west. Staff and service was excellent. Recommend.Nearby activities: Near many restaurants, a movie theater, grocery stores and easy access to the rest of town, with only a short drive to many more destinations such as mountain views, parks, and shopping.”

“I have to start with the wonderful lady that was working overnight on 1/5/24. This women was incredible. Her name was Marie! She has to be one of the most incredible people we ( My wife and I) have ever dealt with in our travels.My wife and I travel on a very frequent basis and have stayed in nearly every hotel brand there is. There is only one time we have ever had the pleasure of being treated as well as we were this evening. This happened to be at a Hilton diamond resort, called the Craigs Lodge in Estes Park.We are not sure who does the training for your staff or if this can even be attributed to training or just very very good personnel in either case, we are so grateful to have been able to be held by her.In addition, the accommodations were clean, quite spacious, and had all of the amenities and extras that we could have possibly needed. All of our requests were met with great pleasure and kindness, and we have nothing negative to say in any case. “My family is staying here for a few weeks and so far it has been great. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. The only complaint is the laundry room with two broken washers (for weeks), leaving only one to share between guests. For people who need that service, it is really inconvenient. As that is (hopefully) a temporary issue, I would highly recommend.”

“WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM WE WERE A BIT NERVOUS THERE WERE A NUMBER OR PEOPLE LOITERING AROUND THE BACK PARKING LOT BY THE TRASH CANSI WENT TO USE THE FACILITIES AND FOUND THERE WAS NO WORKING TOILET. WHEN I ALERTED THE FRONT DESK HE HANDED ME A PLUNGE. Ii WAS A BIT SURPRIZED BUT ATTEMTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM MYSELF. WHEN IT DIDNT WORK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, I TOLD THE FRONT DEST AGAIN AND WAS TOLD SORRY. HE STATED THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS AND GRACIOUSLY LET ME KEEP THE PLUNGER FOR THE NIGHT. THEY NEXT MORNING I LOOKED FOR A PUBLIC RESTROOM BUT DIDNT FIND ONE. WHEN WE CHECKED OUT I TOLD THE MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUES. SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A BATHROOM. I ASKED FOR OUR CHARGE TO BE DISCOUNTED AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE ME $20. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND SHE THEN REFUSED THE DISCOUNT. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE I WAS PUT ON THE "DO NOT RENT LIST" IM NOT SURE WHY A WORKING TOILET SHOULDNT BE AN EXPECTATION WHEN RENTING A HOTEL ROOM. I GUESS WYNDOM/SUPER 8 IST CONCERNED WITH SANITATION!A week later there were $1000 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card used at that address”

“The surly trash women working the counter with her children, one in a high chair and the other running amok in the lobby refused to let me check into the room I already paid for online. why you might ask? well, because I didn’t have the actual physical card I used to book the room. I used apple pay to book the room with a digital credit card from Chase Bank (as my replacement had not arrived in the mail before my trip) I offered the filth working the full number and complete details of the card including Chase Bank customer service whom could even verify the validity of the myself and the card (it matched the card booking and the one in apple pay) but she still refused and began to gaslight and play the victim class (as i’m sure she does often in all aspects of her disgusting promiscuous life.)this card “policy” is not reflected anywhere on their website, affiliates or third party’s booking webpages. it was quite obviously a case of discrimination towards myself. A topic in which I have zero plans of rolling over and letting her get away with and not having to answer for.what an absolutely abysmal business.”
