They weren't but they spent time with me on the phone trying to figure out my UPS issue. They gave me a phone number to UPS in Canon City. All is good now. They definitely went above and beyond when it wasn't even their issue. 10 stars hands down! Thank you!!!”
“5 stars because of the customer focus and service provided byMonica, Geoff and Brian. But I’m sure there are many who work behind the scenes. When I was new to Penrose, Bryan has called me personally to work through my missing parcel. It was a misunderstanding on my end. Geoff is friendly and fast! Monica is very efficient and focused - she helped me solve a problem with my weird address. Everyone is helpful to a point where I feel a huge difference between my big city postal center where people are herded like cattle with little human interaction in Houston and this rural Penrose post office where we exchange greetings like humans. And OH MY GOODNESS it always smells so clean!”
