“My experience with these guys has been great. I bought a used mismatched washer and dryer. They had it delivered and installed within a week. I ended up having issues with the dryer and replaced it under the warranty. The replacement works great. Every interaction I've had with the gentlemen in store as well as the delivery was positive and seamless! Definitely highly recommend this place ?”

“We had an issue with our toilet and needed to buy a new one. We had help from Mark, he helped us get it loaded on a cart. We got home and opened it. There was NO hardware, there was a toilet that had already had a seat installed, wax residue where the ring goes and no screws or bolts. No wax ring...what??? We went back to the store. Mark and the manager in duty Nicole opened another box. It was so different from what we found. They checked the entire box, made sure we had all the parts that were missing from the original one we purchased. Thankfully, when talking to them both we also realized the tank cover was not in our box. Nicole was very kind even though I was very stressed and made sure we had everything we needed. This was great customer service and I really appreciate how her and Mark both stepped up to make sure we had what we needed.
If you are returning something, for God sakes let the store know what it is missing!

“5 stars, would do 10 if I could. All due to Tommy Davis. Tommy spent an hour with me assisting with a warranty claim (broken shelf on a fridge). He called 4 different people on my behalf, had my back throughout the whole process and was able to get me a new shelf for my fridge. In my 34 years walking this watch Tommy stands out to me as the most helpful employee I’ve worked with across all walks of life. Go to appliance factory and ask for Tommy he’s a great guy.”
