“The staff were knowledgeable and very accommodating to my kids, both needed the restroom, and one wanted water. They gave my boy a bottle of water, and both kids were given rings to wear and play with. Thanks to their kindness, I was able to get the help I needed. It ultimately ended in a refund (my error, not theirs). An otherwise disappointing trip left me with a positive experience. I would highly recommend them, especially when you order the correct part, or not.”

“I was sent to Ferguson in Fort Collins by my plumber to pick out some fixtures (tub/toilet/parts) for a bathroom remodel and was extremely happy with the service provided by Kristina. Not only was she knowledgeable about all the items we needed, but she was able to loan us samples so that we could see the colors with our tile. We were so happy with the service and pricing that I just went back and ordered a new kitchen sink. Thanks Kristina for making our decision making process easier and giving us someone to talk to that actually know the product. Who needs the big box stores when for the same price you can get the product with the service you deserve!”
