I purchased a washer and dryer from Appliance Factory 3 years ago. I recently went to use my warranty and the manufacturer (Speed Queen) needed a proof of purchase, which I no longer possessed. I called Appliance Factory and they emailed it to me immediately. These guys get 5 stars for their customer service!
