The location is close to downtown. There are shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. In my opinion this is the most important. The staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.

We travel to Fort Collins frequently and will be staying here again. The room was large and clean (standard room with 1 king bed) which was nice for our toddler to have space to play. The breakfast bar was delicious with a large variety to choose from. Having a hot tub and a sauna was a nice perk too.
