“We stayed 2 nights for my husband’s birthday and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Avery room and it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and all the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. The house is in a good location and it was easy for us to walk to get to dinner etc.”

“Excellent stay at this hotel. 🏨 The location is in the middle of Fort Collins, and they offer free parking for those who stay at the hotel. 🚗 The room is spacious, clean, and has all the essentials (no microwave in the room though). 🛏 The restaurant was excellent; we tried the breakfast and it was amazing. 🍳”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful! Shout out to Frankie and Christine at the front desk, both were so amazing. ?
The breakfast is plentiful and hot, they have a heated pool and the beds are very comfy. The air conditioner in the room was on point.
It was just me and my husband this time, but I think we’ll bring our kids back here to swim!”

“Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! The customer service was excellent and every staff member was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Marcus at breakfast — he was amazing! He went above and beyond every morning with such a positive attitude and made the breakfast experience even better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“The front desk was busy with check ins but very polite and friendly. The lobby and main area were clean and tidy with cute decor. It did look like they were doing some drywall repair in some small areas. The bed was comfy and the jetted tub was clean and in decent shape. Definitely pet friendly!”
“We have stayed here about 5 different times over the last 7 years. I feel pretty safe here, and it's quiet. It's easy to get to, and it's right off the interstate. They have a pretty decent continental breakfast with options that included pancakes, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast, bagles, juice, milk, coffee etc.
Our rooms were clean, and we got a pretty great deal on Priceline.com. I would definitely recommend stopping here on your Colorado adventures.”
“I was pleasantly surprised. I'd read reviews that weren't kind about the charges for everything considered extra including parking and the staff being inexperienced or rude. Well my stay was wonderful, Rima on staff was amazing. It was a much better than expected stay. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent too. They made anything we requested. Great downtown campus location too.”
“Great hotel! Perfect if u have dogs. Clean room, good food. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s either continental or off the menu. Pancakes were really good and Paul was awesome for breakfast service. He was dressed nice and friendly and quick.”

“good quiet but hard to get maids to keep up with my room .. so be prepared to manage trash between two tiny buckets that don't get changed out but once a week unless you empty. I think I'ma try in find another weekly room”
“I’m extremely satisfied with my stay! I was just in Fort Collins for the night and I’m already so impressed. The front desk lady was very sweet even though I came in late and she had a very welcoming aura. The room served its purpose with a working a/c and a pretty comfortable bed. I would go back again just for the friendly service. That’s such a rare thing to see nowadays.”

“Truly 5 stars across the board. I really appreciated that there was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day -- it made me feel safe going out and exploring Fort Collins at night. The room was fantastic and the bath was absolutely lovely (epsom salts were included). Ace Gillet's was SUCH a vibe too...you should definitely make sure to fit that into your stay. Can't wait to come back!”
