“We stayed 2 nights for my husband’s birthday and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Avery room and it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and all the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. The house is in a good location and it was easy for us to walk to get to dinner etc.”

“Tbe staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and inviting. The only opportunity is perhaps a sign indicating the restaurant area. We walked in the restaurant and walked to the coffee bar as we thought that was the restaurant. There was nobody to direct us but a “seat yourself” sign would have been sufficient.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful! Shout out to Frankie and Christine at the front desk, both were so amazing. ?
The breakfast is plentiful and hot, they have a heated pool and the beds are very comfy. The air conditioner in the room was on point.
It was just me and my husband this time, but I think we’ll bring our kids back here to swim!”

“Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. (Quickly met our request for extra blanket and to check our heating system.) Quiet and safe location. Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and dishes to serve two people. Roomy bathroom. Very clean and fresh. Recliner chair in room with lots of closet and desk space.
Cons: King-size bed in our suite was very uncomfortable for my spouse who has a bad back. He had to sleep in the recliner chair. We were advised that upgrades are coming which will include new mattresses. Heating and cooling system was difficult to control - if you tried to turn the thermostat down a little, it immediately blasted cold air.
We would stay here again, but if you have a bad back, ask how old the mattresses are. Also, I recommend asking for a room away from the back of the mall. Tuesday morning at 6am was garbage pick up day for the adjacent mall, and the trucks dumping the commercial dumpsters were some kind of loud!”

A special shoutout to Marcus at breakfast — he was amazing! He went above and beyond every morning with such a positive attitude and made the breakfast experience even better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“I loved the design. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the fruit was delicious.
We paid an additional $10 for a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which was very convenient.
I liked the building’s narrow design, but it seems that limited the space available for an elevator, and we happened to have some heavy luggage. I also didn’t see that mentioned anywhere beforehand.
They offer laundry facilities, but the machines were not working during our stay. However, the staff gave us coins and directed us to a nearby location, which we appreciated.
It’s an excellent hotel with great service.”

“Our first great experience was the front desk lady named Greta. She was amazing. Friendly and fun and really made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and really welcoming. The coffee provided was good in the room. We had a great night here and on our way out in the morning we were welcomed by some very friendly housekeepers.”

“Absolutely adorable! Located directly across from the CSU Field House and walking distance to downtown or the Max line, this was a perfect spot for our trip. While still under renovation as of now (3/23/26) the outside is deceiving. Great value for the money.”
