“Brought my second hand bike (Trek) in for a tune up. They were very helpful and walked me through everything they could find that they would cover, as well as some recommended replacement and other maintenance.
After bringing it home, I noticed it 'popped' at the highest gear. brought it back and they helped me immensely. They found that one of the gears had worn down more than the others. They got it fixed and didn't charge me anything since they didnt catch it during the initial tune-up. Not only that but they answered all my questions and taught me some new information about how to take care of my bike and keep it out of the shop longer.
Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and kind. I can't recommend this shop enough.”

“I recently started to have an intermittent problem with my 2022 Specialized Vado shutting off on its own while on a ride. I left it with Incycle South and Technician Trevor replaced a cable with an upgraded version from Specialized and that solved the problem and I received my bike back in a week in the same fine condition I left it with them for the repair. Very happy to have my nice bike back home so that I can enjoy it on rides. ?”

Will is great at building bikes that ride well and matching the geometry of the bike to your needs, he also has an incredible eye for design and builds some of the most beautiful bikes around. On top of this Will is just a really great guy!”

“I purchased a RideKick probably 10 years ago. I was quite impressed with my RideKick's ability to actually get out and ride when I was too fat to ride. But since then I have become even more impressed with the company's attention to detail in the quality of their product. Even more than that, I am noticing the attention to detail in the customer service they provide. I have had a few times that I needed an accessory or part replacement. They have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am getting exactly what I need, and that I am going to be happy with it. Now I am not riding as much again (life got in the way) but I am confident that I am going to get back in shape and I am confident that my newly upgraded RideKick is going to be instrumental in getting me back there!

“It’s been a couple of years now since I bought a Velotechnik Gekko from Steve. This trike is built well. Handles well.. And is a pure joy to ride. My wife bought one too! We decided to equip both with Bafang 750 watt motors with 52 volt batteries. Now we can go further. And still make it home! Helps on hills too. I’m 72. Wife 68. Tons of fun! Buy one and enjoy exercise!”
“Wanted to shout out Eli, who has been particularly helpful as I work on building up a bike. I have gone in a couple times for some small parts and really haven’t spent much money at Drake Cycles, but despite that, he is always down to share advice and help me learn how to set things up on my own. This sport can have an air of elitism about it, and I have not experienced that at all on my trips to DC, whether it is in conversations with Eli or any of the other guys in the shop.
