The crew at proVelo is extremely friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Jack, the service tech who assisted me with my bikes. He took the time to thoroughly get my bikes back into good shape, and took the time to educate as well. This shop rocks!

I ordered a bike from Giant to be delivered to their store. The bike was assembled the same day it got delivered to the store and looks beautiful! The pickup process was smooth and easy, I just needed to provide my ID. Unfortunately, I have yet to ride and truly test the bike due to injuries.
