“Brought my second hand bike (Trek) in for a tune up. They were very helpful and walked me through everything they could find that they would cover, as well as some recommended replacement and other maintenance.
After bringing it home, I noticed it 'popped' at the highest gear. brought it back and they helped me immensely. They found that one of the gears had worn down more than the others. They got it fixed and didn't charge me anything since they didnt catch it during the initial tune-up. Not only that but they answered all my questions and taught me some new information about how to take care of my bike and keep it out of the shop longer.

“I recently started to have an intermittent problem with my 2022 Specialized Vado shutting off on its own while on a ride. I left it with Incycle South and Technician Trevor replaced a cable with an upgraded version from Specialized and that solved the problem and I received my bike back in a week in the same fine condition I left it with them for the repair. Very happy to have my nice bike back home so that I can enjoy it on rides. ?”
“Rick went above and beyond. I was in Oregon having an issue with my bike. I was heading that way so I called him on Friday as he was a dealer for the parts I needed. He had the parts I needed on Monday and found a way to fit me in for a quick setup of the parts. I have to agree with others here. He took his time and didn’t skip steps and months later, things are still great.
His service is good. He has a lot of nice bikes and accessories there too. If you’re in the area, I’d check the place out for your bike needs. He had all the specs (torque), on hand for my unique mtb setup as well.”

Not only is it great for bike packing but it also shreds on the trail. Will is great at building bikes that ride well and matching the geometry of the bike to your needs, he also has an incredible eye for design and builds some of the most beautiful bikes around. On top of this Will is just a really great guy!”

“It’s been a couple of years now since I bought a Velotechnik Gekko from Steve. This trike is built well. Handles well.. And is a pure joy to ride. My wife bought one too! We decided to equip both with Bafang 750 watt motors with 52 volt batteries. Now we can go further. And still make it home! Helps on hills too. I’m 72. Wife 68. Tons of fun!
