“I wanted to preorder King of Sloth by Ana Huang, and so i visited her website to see the list of approved sellers. Old Firehouse Books was on the list, so i chose to order through them because i could get a bookmark and (i think?) a book plate as well as the book itself. About a month after i placed my order, the release date had come and gone, and i still hadn’t received my order. I emailed customer service, just to see when i would get my book, and Revati was the absolute best. Turns out, something had happened with their system so i wasn’t able to receive the extras with the book, but i still wanted the book nonetheless. Revati apologized profusely and offered to send me the book for free since it had been a computer problem on their end, but i was happy to still pay for it. I just received my package in the mail and they were kind enough to send me another book, completely free! I don’t live in the state, or else i would definitely be visiting them more often because of how kind and wonderful they were to me and how they handled my situation. I cannot recommend them enough! I will definitely be placing any book order i have through them from now on!”
“Sadly, my youngest grandsons don't like to read except for on a screen. Got them each a $50 gift certificate when I was at B & N and told them they had to use it on books, the kind they had to physically turn a paper page. Going to B & N when my 40-something son was in elementary school to look at books was a wonderful time of shared exploration crowned with a brownie in the Cafe. He loved those experiences. Hope he takes my grandsons there and rekindles his love of reading. A physical book is a treasure and their presence in my home is a historical legacy of my journey to understand life.”

“Nice, airy, and large; and a place to find everything a Rams fan could need. I stopped to buy a themed-gift for a CSU staffer. What I had seen on the Internet was no longer available, but the next best thing turned out to be even better, once it was received. The Bookstore is inside the Student Union building, not separately located, so I had a hard time finding it. Inside the bookstore, the staff was energetic and helpful when I was unable to find the right location to shop for what I wanted. The mistake we made was to not park in the right area. Use the large lot on the north edge of campus. We did not have a parking permit, and as a result, someone had to stay with the car where we parked in on the oval drive. This is patrolled, so don't leave your vehicle unattended.”

“They have E-ver-y-tha-hing-uh. Its the smithsonian of the witch world. I've been into crystals since I was a teen and they had rocks I was unaware of, and their collection of tarot decks is exhaustive. If you live in Northern Colorado and into witchy stuff, this is the hookup for all of it. And they are ? LGBT friendly.”
“Awesome staff, wish that since it is now run by Barnes and Noble that they would have a larger selection. Even if it had to be ordered online. Would be cool if clothing side of things offered beanies and whatnot too. Decent offerings across the board but don't have any selection of external backup drives which is disappointing, should also have computer and networking tool kits but don't.”
“Really beautifully designed antique and vintage store. The design of the store interior itself is art, let alone how stocked it is of well curated little treasures. My favorite antique shop in Noco.”
