“As a Fort Collins native, there is few places that can provide an experience like Indigo Rose does. The moment you step in, you are transported to a different dimension that creates an atmosphere of pure comfort, and makes you feel like you're in 'the good old day's'. I instantly smelt 'the book smell' that no a.i. or cell phone slop could replicate.
Then there is Irvin - the owner. A true gem, a wonderful human that I want to be when I grow up. A man with knowledge well beyond his years. A true Coloradoan.
This was my first experience, but it absolutely won't be my last. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Go enjoy the moment, buy a great deal of books, and ask Irvin about Moby Dick. You won't be disappointed.”

“Nice, airy, and large; and a place to find everything a Rams fan could need. I stopped to buy a themed-gift for a CSU staffer. What I had seen on the Internet was no longer available, but the next best thing turned out to be even better, once it was received. The Bookstore is inside the Student Union building, not separately located, so I had a hard time finding it. Inside the bookstore, the staff was energetic and helpful when I was unable to find the right location to shop for what I wanted. The mistake we made was to not park in the right area. Use the large lot on the north edge of campus. We did not have a parking permit, and as a result, someone had to stay with the car where we parked in on the oval drive. This is patrolled, so don't leave your vehicle unattended.”
“So. Many. Books! They have a wide range of genres and from over the decades. I was able to find a horror sci-fi printed in the 80s! The have a small antique and rare book selection. They also have CDs and vinyl records there (I didn't get much of a chance to see them, though my partner was able to find some!) I am planning another trip there to look at the books there and hopefully the vinyl records and CDs!”
“Parking lot was full, but that okay! Because the staff here are so friendly and inviting. I called ahead to make sure a certain book was in stock, the nice guy on the phone held it and had it waiting for me when I arrived! Super cute lounge and cafe inside also! Definitely coming back to this location!”
“Awesome staff, wish that since it is now run by Barnes and Noble that they would have a larger selection. Even if it had to be ordered online. Would be cool if clothing side of things offered beanies and whatnot too. Decent offerings across the board but don't have any selection of external backup drives which is disappointing, should also have computer and networking tool kits but don't.”
“I adore this little vintage shop. It's a great mix of hand-picked items that are equally endearing as they are eclectic and beautiful. Its the kind of vintage shop that you walk in not wanting anything in particular and while perusing you find ten different unique items you didn't know you needed. They also play vinyls from their collection as background music and its lovely. It is a bit pricy for some items, but that is a given for being vintage.”
