First of River is awesome she really helped us get a place and when we had an maintenance request they were on it.. so far this move was the right one

I like the apartment, balcony and the maintenance folks are very quick and responsive! The manager is great too. It'd be nice if more tenants would pick up after their pets and bring the carts they use back to the Walmart across the street.

The maintenance people here are so helpful. We’ve had issues with our hot water heater and they have fixed it immediately!! Jesse was a bunch of help especially on a Sunday when everyone was home we definitely appreciated it!!!!!
