“We moved here in May and we love it! The office staff is friendly and efficient. Henry and Quinn (who seem to repair and maintain everything around here) are also always on the spot and respectful and friendly when they come in to check and/or fix things. The pool is lovely. The grounds are well-maintained and there's always plenty of parking. We also like that there are so many (optional) community events. Trash and recycling are easy to access and the proximity to the trail network and to the restaurants and stuff at Jessup Farm make this an excellent place to live. Big fans!”
“I've lived here for over 2 years and have never taken the time to leave a review! My fiance and I absolutely love it here. Maintenance is top notch and very responsive, and the leasing office is extremely friendly and welcoming! Amenities are amazing to have and are always clean. They also have a largest dog park I've seen at any apartment complex in Fort Collins if you have a dog. What more can you ask for? It's the simple things. Would recommend to anyone!”
“We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !”
“Ultimately had a great time living at Terra Vida! Really enjoyed having the 24/7 gym and pool/hot tub access. Each employee we worked with was great, too.
A few things that I find important to note would be:
- They plan events in the club house, which is great, but they always end before or at 5:00 on weekdays. This makes it very difficult for those who work full time and don't get home until after 5:00, so we were never able to attend any. The hours of the clubhouse aren't ideal either. Makes using it during the week difficult.
- Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Our garage was pretty far away from our apartment, so using it didn't make a lot of sense. If you were coming home after 5:00 you could expect to have to park FAR. People also tend to park and leave their cars in the spots for months on end. They say they don't allow this, but I have seen cars that have been there since the day we moved in and have still never moved.
- When we first toured, we noticed a big bird poop issue. They told us they take care of it often, but it wasn't taken care of until a month before we were moving out. Was pretty gross to have a huge pile of bird poop right outside your door and on the hand rails of the stairs.
Overall I recommend Terra Vida as an apartment complex, it had great proximity to restaurants, stores, and parks and we're grateful to have lived there!”
“Chelsea and Jordan are both super helpful, informative, and friendly!! We moved in one month ago and they were wonderful throughout the process and have continued to make us feel right at home! The apartments are so cozy and there are always fun events being organized to create a better sense of community. So glad we joined the Trails at Timberline family :)”
“Had a water heater leak on 4th of July! Called into the emergency maintenance line and Bradley was here within 5 minutes. He addressed the issue, told me what it was gonna take to fix and stuck with it for a couple hours until it was resolved. Great job!”

“Living at Cycles have been nothing but excellent! I use all the amenities and I have been pleased with the upkeep and thoroughness throughout.
They been quick to assist with any needs I may have. The staff is so polite, it always feels welcoming walking into the front office, Bree is amazing!!

“I lived at The Standard in Fort Collins for two years and had a great experience! Great amenities, a convenient location, and responsive staff made it a solid choice for student living. The apartments are stylish and well-maintained, and the community spaces are perfect for both studying and relaxing.”
“I have lived here for almost 2 years with my boyfriend and it has been a perfect apartment while we finished up college. It is a older "no frills" apartment but the apartment we moved into was clean and well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The management staff is always nice and willing to work out any issues that come up. Maintenance has also been really nice, when our heat went out last winter they came to fix it quickly and when they didn't have the right part to fix they offered to bring space heaters in for us while they got the correct part. Neighbors have been pretty quite and friendly. The only reason I took off a star is because of the laundry situation. Laundry is in the basement and is usually clean but you have to purchase a laundry card ($5) that only has a $40 limit and can only be filled in the leasing office. It is inconvenient to have to go to the leasing office to fill up a laundry card. The pandemic made this even more inconvenient because the leasing office had limited hours to fill laundry cards. Overall had a good experience here. Will update if move out changes anything.”
“I've lived here for almost 10 years now and this place has changed so much since then. You get to decide if you would like to use an app to open your locks or you can request yourself a key fob at the front desk but you get one or the other and not both. The maintenance are really good about fixing anything that breaks in your apartment. The front desk staff are very friendly and will happily help you with anything you may need. You can pay your rent online the new app to pay your rent is very easy to use. The apartments are in a great part of town and about a 5 to 10 minute walk from CSU and from the grocery store and also next to the bus that can take you to each end of town. You get a good size living room and kitchen area, and decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms.”

“I have lived here for almost a year now and have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex. The management and maintenance have been so amazing and get on top of things right away. If anything ever comes up, they listen and take into account everything that is said. I have been through multiple apartment complexes throughout the years, and they do not overall compare to what this management has done. They work hard to make their tenants happy and it really shows. I will be resigning again.”
“This is a good place to be. Everything is so close by. I can save on gas and emissions by biking or walking. The amenities are nice and the place looks nice. The only complaint I have is it would be nice if the office was open on weekends because when I got up here on a Saturday I couldn’t get my keys to move in. And I have to wait until Monday for packages.”
“My daughter lives at Eleven13 for the school year and has had a great experience so far. She loves the location to campus and has made some friends through her neighbors. Recommend for location and student environment.”
“Worked quick to get our AC working. Had to order parts, they placed a large window ac unit in the apartment until it could be fixed. By day 2 the ac was working properly. I have lived here for 5 years, the new owners/management and maintenance are great and taking care of the property and very kind. So much better than the previous owners.”

“After having lived all over the US in houses, townhomes, and apartments, this is the first place that has really felt like home!
All of the staff are so friendly and helpful! It's no surprise that people come and hang out at the clubhouse regularly.
The amenities are amazing! The fitness center is fully loaded with everything you need to stay in shape. The pool is heated 24/7/365 and there's even a hot tub, sauna, and steam room to maximize your post-workout relaxation any time of year.
Very dog friendly! Theres always pups being walked around or hanging out at the clubhouse with their owners. The dog wash is super handy also!
In the rare event that something breaks, the maintenance staff are always there to fix it as soon as possible.
We've lived here for a little over a year - when it came time to renew our lease, I honestly would have signed one longer than a year if it was possible. I never want to leave!”
