The best part is that I know if I ever need help with anything, or questions answered, or situation addressed; Trevor the “Assistant Property Manager”is amazing! He is an incredible assistant property manager! I will soon be transferring to another unit in the building, and Trevor has made this transition effortless! The frontmen that represent a company matter! Trevor is wonderful. You would do good to promote him!”

Preventive maintenance is now considered a priority and being implemented more. The staff, customer service, community attitude, and communication with residents have all greatly improved. The new gardening service has improved the grounds much faster than I thought possible.The price of rent is considered competitive.”

“This apartment complex is the best in the ENTIRE Fort Collins!!!! I am so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. These apartments are absolutely stunning and luxurious! Bobby is very professional and such a sweetheart to the community! The apartments are luxurious and so so beautiful, the parking is outstanding, grounds are well kept! Pet friendly and they offer valet trash service!!! and a beautiful pool hot tub and gym! It’s so beautiful even places to grill for your family for the summer, landscaping is nice , office is professional and beautiful, ran like a classy residential neighborhood! Very classy neighbors and everything is fixed if even needed I have had 0 issues living here !! Best community ever ! Thanks for allowing me and my little one to be apart of this community”

“I have lived here for almost 2 years with my boyfriend and it has been a perfect apartment while we finished up college. It is a older "no frills" apartment but the apartment we moved into was clean and well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The management staff is always nice and willing to work out any issues that come up. Maintenance has also been really nice, when our heat went out last winter they came to fix it quickly and when they didn't have the right part to fix they offered to bring space heaters in for us while they got the correct part. Neighbors have been pretty quite and friendly. The only reason I took off a star is because of the laundry situation. Laundry is in the basement and is usually clean but you have to purchase a laundry card ($5) that only has a $40 limit and can only be filled in the leasing office. It is inconvenient to have to go to the leasing office to fill up a laundry card. The pandemic made this even more inconvenient because the leasing office had limited hours to fill laundry cards. Overall had a good experience here. Will update if move out changes anything.”

“I have lived here for almost a year now and have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex. The management and maintenance have been so amazing and get on top of things right away. If anything ever comes up, they listen and take into account everything that is said. I have been through multiple apartment complexes throughout the years, and they do not overall compare to what this management has done. They work hard to make their tenants happy and it really shows. I will be resigning again.”

“Sadly at this time we were not able to move forward with get a place here, however Stacey Jo was the absolute best! She was so welcoming and very thorough, she took her time to explain every part of the process and showed us every available condo. Every unit was clean and truly move in ready. She even invited us to come back and visit even though we weren’t moving there! I would not hesitate to move here at all!”
