Explained the process (lengthy due to insurance) better than others. After parts were acquired, they took less time than expected to actually complete the repair. Wife was very impressed with the cleaning and detailing. Staff was very professional. Would have liked a bit more proactive updates on parts acquisition.

This is a great body shop so professional friendly and helpful. Right away I trusted them to take care of my car and I just knew they would do a first class job. It looks better than it did before the damage🙏
