Gina Serrano was very professional, but some of the other women at the branch definitely had some issues. I walked in and said that I would like to open an account, and the Hispanic woman stared at me like I was stupid, then asked Gina to help me. Like I said, go to Gina Serrano, otherwise you will get some attitude.
