Trying to lease the apartment was incredibly difficult. We ran into so many technical difficulties, but the leasing office worked so hard during that week to combat the situation and get us into our apartment. Crystal was incredibly kind and helpful in this transition, and really made us feel like family.

The process was long and hard but with crystal and Whitney’s help we were able to move in. They even stayed after hours to help push everything through. This was only due to technical issues I believe we’re out of there control, but they worked long and hard to make sure the problem was resolved.
