The Hilton Fort Collins is a pleasant, quiet and conveniently located hotel. It offers good size rooms that are clean with nice amenities and comfortable beds. The hotel provides a pretty good breakfast and features a little coffee shop in the lobby that is very convenient. Service at the front desk is noted as amazing and friendly, with staff providing excellent local recommendations. Service in the cafe and overall is described as responsive and attentive, even when busy. Some guests find the stay perfectly alright, though there are consistent criticisms. A notable drawback is the required paid parking, which some find inconvenient. The hotel's layout means all room doors face the open interior atrium, which allows noise from the bar below to carry up to the rooms. Additionally, the gym is considered too small for the size of the hotel. There is also a comment that typically only one receptionist is on duty for such a large property.
From the moment I arrived Jay at the front desk was amazing! He answered all my questions and a smile never left his face. He also gave me a local recommendation that far exceeded my expectations. Day Two kindly took my postcards to mail for me. Jay is just the person you want greeting you!

Perfectly alright stay with a pretty good breakfast to start my day off alright. My server was named Kalie and she did a pre great job. The cafe was quiet when I sat down but it picked up abruptly and she still made time to check in frequently despite how busy it had gotten!

3 stars because you have to pay $15 a night for parking. All room doors face the open middle of the hotel. The bar is open to that so the sound carries up to at least the 6th floor. I could follow the conversations from my room with the door closed and TV on :(
