Summit Self Storage - Ironwood Plaza is a great and very secure facility. The staff is friendly, lovely, and focused on the best customer experience, providing professional, courteous, and timely service. Employees are known to go out of their way to help, offering patient and easy assistance without making customers feel rushed. The facility itself is clean, and many customers have stored items there for over ten years without a problem. While the kiosk can be non-functioning and frustrating, the personal service is highly recommended.
Morgan and Wyatt were complete life savers went out of their way to assure I got the unit needed!!! Extremely good customer service and they won’t make you feel rushed or pressured into service!
