My original review follows: I recently needed storage space in Fort Collins. Did a bit of online research and checked three facilities. The first was on Vine, near Shields, locally owned. The owner answered a few questions, provided good customer service, but in the end, had no availability. The second storage facility between Breckenridge and Odell Brewery, a corporate entity, had two employees sitting behind the desk. The employee that I spoke with either was having a bad day or needs customer service training or needs to be working in a job that doesn't require people skills. The computer system was purportedly down. She promised to call me for availability after the computer system was back up and never did. Now to Prime Storage, I interacted with a virtual employee at a kiosk, Korey on site one day, and Tinisha on site another day. These three interactions as well as phone support were all excellent. Tinisha, earlier today, patiently showed me indoor units and answered all of my questions without acting like she was doing me a favor. Good customer service. Korey also was helpful with a smile and concern that I receive the information I was asking for. The units look clean and secure. Pricing on the units are a moving target, perhaps that's just part of this industry, promo rates, introductory rates, without a guarantee that the rates won't increase. You do apparently get notice if they increase and perhaps there is flexibility depending on circumstances as well. Bottom line, I am happy my stuff landed at Prime.”
“Great storage facility. Clean and quiet. I have been able to everything online with no issues. Tucked away in a very nice area with easy access. I feel my items are safely stored. You can't see it from the road making it feel private and secure.”
“Affordable and easy to rent. Great way to save money while coming up in life. Buy you a long lock combination because the bars need to be lengthy that way the interlocking doors close heavy and tight.”

“The only hitch in picking up a Ubox, if you are towing it yourself, would be that the warehouse is not at the 6100 South College location. You need to go to the warehouse at 3700 Canal Street near State Highway 14 (Mulberry Street) and Interstate 25, on the east side of Fort Collins. But otherwise, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Uhaul.”

When I called to say we are moving out on the 7th of the month I was expecting to pay for the full month - they said no worries and did not charge us anything for the week - nothing - no prorating - nothing! “We recently purchased a single trip 5 door, 40’ L X 8' W X 9.5' H (high cube) container from Fort Collins Mobile Storage and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive, communication was prompt and professional, and the delivery process was smooth and efficient.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected HOA issues in our neighborhood, we contacted them to see if they would consider buying the container back ~3 weeks after delivery. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also offered us a very fair buy-back price — honestly better than what we likely would have received trying to sell it privately ourselves. They were very sympathetic and compassionate to our situation.
The pickup process was just as professional and efficient as the delivery. It’s clear this is a family-owned business that truly values honesty, fairness, and excels in customer service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.”
