“I walked into Quest Diagnostics without an appointment. I waited 1.5 hours. They take appointments 1st, then walk-ins. I was 3rd in line for the folks who walked in. Honestly, it was worth the wait! Courtney was my phelbotomist and the only employee working a Saturday morning. I have deep veins and am often a hard stick. Courtney was AMAZING! She found a vein in my bicep area. I didn't even feel the needle go in! Painless! I can barely see the mark on my arm. I am 45 years old. She is the best phelbotomist I have had draw my blood.”

Only thing I hope gets fixed at Banner soon is the ability to see the labs for kids 11-17 within the parent portal or allow the kids to have their own portal account. I know they're working on it.”
“Smooth experience. Showed up, did the auto self check in, was seen about 10 minutes l after appt time which is acceptable. Painless blood draw. Got results in less than a week. Saw others get called and leave in timely manner. Would happily return. Early morning appointments might be the best.”
