“After being completely misled and charged hundreds of dollars for setting up a wireless service and phone plan with services I asked not to be added as well as completely untrue information about trade in value at the HARMONY STORE (stay as far away as you can!!!!), I went to the store on JFK. They completely rectified the harmony stores’ lies and false information. They listened to all of my concerns and were very understanding and really made a difference. I really appreciate their concern, care, and effort to fix everything that I experienced. It was a completely different experience at this store. Everything was explained in depth and I was able to clearly understand the contract and was given all of the options upfront without misleading information. Matt and Morgan are the best!!!
