Upon entering, the one and only staff member working, Mario--I would learn to be his name--for it was late on a Monday night (December 15th, 2025), who was already busy dealing with two customers ahead of me, still promptly greeted me, told me it was just going to be a few minutes.
Turning back to continue helping the customers he had, I noted his excellent fluency in both English and Spanish, making him a highly valuable asset at any business here in Colorado.
As soon as he had a moment while waiting on the device his customers had to load something, he asked me what I'd need help with, noted it, and went back to helping them again.
His ability to multitask, coupled with his professional, helpful, and friendly nature made what s usually a pain in the behind (switching numbers to new carriers, transferring data from old broken phone to new etc) a very calm, quick and pleasant experience.
I was out of there very quickly with a new and working phone, my old number and no fuss.

“If you have to go to Metro by T-Mobile on North college. I recommend doing it when either. Stacy or Elena are working. They were both outstanding with customer service. They helped me with any questions I had and they took their time to show me what to do on the device I had purchased (home Internet) highly recommend going when one of these two are working outstanding again. “Only giving 4 stars because of the overall experience with primarily the STORE, not the employee. The employee himself, Q, gets my upmost respect and FIVE STARS, every time.
I went in to get a new screen protector on my phone and potentially look at a new Apple Watch. When I walked in, there was only one employee working. That employee, Q, was already assisting another customer, but made sure to continuously check in with me and thank me for my patience on waiting for him. Not only did I watch him do amazing helping this older couple, but he still made sure I was taken care of during this. Unfortunately there were no other employees in sight until Q was able to assist me, when you could see that there were others hanging in the back. Despite this, Q gave me the best service I’ve had in a T-Mobile store, making sure all my needs were met and helping me weigh out my pros and cons on making a watch purchase. I’d love to work with Q anytime I need something! I’m glad he was the one I met and was doing his job in the lobby that day!”
