“Kevin at Verizon deserves more than 5 stars for the incredible service he gave my dad and I.
I originally went in to upgrade my phone and reduce my monthly bill by removing add-ons I didn’t need. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, and he was able to lower our bill to around price we were comfortable with including the cost of my new phone. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all the details before making any decisions.
We later decided to check out T-Mobile because their promotions seemed slightly cheaper. Unfortunately, that turned into a stressful situation. Before we had even agreed to the full terms or seen the final pricing with all fees included, our service was ported from Verizon to T-Mobile without us intending to finalize anything yet.
When we returned to Verizon, Kevin immediately noticed what had happened and calmly explained that our lines had already been transferred. Even though the situation wasn’t his fault and was completely out of his control, he went above and beyond to help us fix it.
Kevin spent over THREE HOURS calling different departments, supervisors, and management to recover and restore our account. Because we’ve been loyal Verizon customers for over 13 years, we had accumulated valuable perks and benefits, and Kevin worked tirelessly to make sure none of that was lost. There were multiple obstacles with PIN resets and account recovery issues due to the porting process, but he never gave up.
In the end, he successfully restored our account and all of our benefits.
His patience, professionalism, and dedication were honestly incredible. He stayed positive, calm, and determined the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about helping their customers.
If you’re going to this Verizon location, ask for Kevin. You’ll definitely be taken care of.

“The team at CPR are amazing and patient. I watched them take care of two customers who clearly lacked experience/knowledge of phone programming, etc with extreme patience and respect. They never talked down to them and were absolutely kind the entire time. Even aftwr one came back multiple time for additional clarification. They then took care of my repair swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most out of my service plan without being pushy. Would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again.”

“I wanted to take a moment and give a big shout out to Taylor. I have been in the store a few times and she has assisted me. I added an app that made my entire phone system wonky. She calmed my nerves and reset my phone back to it's original condition.
