“My phone screen quit working due to my own negligence. Technician Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable and offered great advice how to proceed.
Within less than one day, Matt had replaced both my screen and battery as well (while the phone was opened up) all while displaying excellent customer service.
The price for parts and labor would have been a bargain at twice the price.

“Very busy so it took some time to be helped, which is why I marked it down a star, but when I was seen, the woman understood my issue, replaced my SIM which solved the issue, and just like the fellow before me, was willing to spend as much time as we needed for full satisfaction. “If you have to go to Metro by T-Mobile on North college. I recommend doing it when either. Stacy or Elena are working. They were both outstanding with customer service. They helped me with any questions I had and they took their time to show me what to do on the device I had purchased (home Internet) highly recommend going when one of these two are working outstanding again. Customer service was great.”

“I always have a good experience whenever I go into this location but Carlos is by far the best phone salesman I've had help me. He did everything from explaining my phone options to helping me switch over my data from my old phone and even put on my screen protector and case. He has such a good attitude and is actually knowledgeable when I have any questions about my service. Definitely will keep coming back here! My only note is that the A/C was busted at this location and it was toasty in there. I can't imagine working all day in that. Get that A/C going 😂”
“We went to this store three days in a row and worked with George. First day to get information, second day to purchase phones, and the third day to trouble shoot activation. George was so patient and helpful and honest about what option was best for us being T Mobile customers. He helped us switch two phones over, get all our accessories, and make sure we were taken care of. He was professional, kind, and humble. “I went into the store thinking that I was going to have a bad customer service experience from reading all the reviews, but it was far from that the nice lady asked me what she can help me with I explained that I had broke my phone and needed a new one ,her customer service was outstanding,it’s crazy cause her name was Karen and she was far far away from being a Karen ,I just want to say thank you Karen for all that you do and they should give you raise,I will be returning if I need anything else”
“I had to switch to Verizon and had issues with my transfer PIN. This required me visiting this T-Mobile location to provide my identification and be validated. Alvin & Will went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I could have asked for to help me get authenticated. They could have been lazy and told me to get lost that they couldn’t help me, but Alvin jumped on the phone with T-Mobile support and I was able to successfully finish my number port. Thank you both for exquisite customer service. It’s great to know some people still care about helping the customer, even if they are technically losing a customer or not making a ton of money off of the transaction.”
