After 10+ hours on various calls with tech support from Cricket, ATT, and Apple (and a couple of escalated — but unsuccessful — calls to super-techs), I went back to this store on the off-chance someone there could help me, and Russel came to the rescue! He listened to my woes, and then you could see his wheels turning on how to solve it. He did! He was patient, pleasant, and ultimately the one who figured it out!”

“I recently had the opportunity to meet and work with Danny, the owner of Xtreme Theatre and Sound. I was in need of a home CD player and he informed me that very few companies were making them anymore, and that I would have a hard time locating one. I ask if he knew of any place where I might find one in Fort Collins or the surrounding area. To my surprise he said he had just installed several whole house sound systems for a couple clients and he had two CD players that he was going to recycle. He gave them to me at no charge. I was surprised when he invited me to his home to pick up the CD players. He went through each player checked them out to make sure they worked properly and gave them to me. I found Danny to be a very knowledgeable about his craft, and more importantly very honest and friendly to me and I am sure to all his clients. I would recommend Danny and Extreme Theatre and Sound to anyone or business looking for his service and expertise.”

“These guys are always awesome! I love the pizza from 7-11. I am excited to earn enough points to get a free pizza. 4000 points I think it is. The iced coffee is delicious also. I do have one issue... These employees have Way too much responsibility put on their shoulders. I see a lot of times only one employee in the store stocking, ringing customers up, cleaning, making fresh hot food, misc. customer issues, watching for security issues, and now. . THEY HAVE TO DO THE MOBILE SHOPPING TOO??? That's a lot for one person. I think they all need raises.”

“MetroPCS is not the top-rated phone company around, however they have improved over the years. They need to work on their inventory, everytime I go and want to change phone upgrade or what-have-you they rarely have the phone that I'm wanting to purchase. And then again they may call all other stores in the vicinity to see if they have the one available. All in all the prices aren't that bad, especially with inflation.These days most places are all around the same price when you comes down to the bottom line. They have specials going on all the time, and their selection is really improved as well. I would refer somebody to go to Metro PCS for their business.”

“I still like to go into gamestops from time to time as I still like physical copies of games, and they usually have a cool selection of nerdy gamer related items other than games.I like this one because they don't hound you like other gamestops I've been to. Sure, they ask if you're looking for anything particular, but that's the job. But here they don't hover over you.I wish things weren't going so hard on digital distribution but it is what it is.”
