It has been a few years since I was in a larger pet supply store like PetSmart and this location is huge compared to what I remember. I only needed cat supplies so I can’t say how the other animal aisles are laid out but if they’re like the cat aisles, there’s plenty of options and everything is easy to find. The store is clean and the staff has been very nice every time I’ve visited.

My dog gets so stressed out and we were not able to stay in the room with her and when you drop your dog off they want up to two hour they rush my lily through even the doctor said stress is not the word for what happens to lily the doctor was amazing he lessened and gave answer to very questions asked we will try his suggestion hoping they work

I took my Lobo to Doggie Day Camp on 2/10/2025 and had a scheduled bath & brush with FURminatior, he gets this done pretty much once at this salon. When I went in to check in with the salon, they told me that they could not do the service, because I had called the customer line and they didn't really know the salon schedule. However, the girl at the counter said she had a break in her schedule and she could get this done for him, I said thats okay if you do not have time I can wait until next week, but said it was fine, and I REALLY APPRECIATED THE OFFER, the other girl behind her was grooming a little white dog, and she even said that he would get the bath & brush and furminatior, so that's what I expected. The same service he had been getting since APRIL OF LAST YEAR!!! WELL, when I got home Friday evening with my boy, I notice that his belly was shaved more like chopped and his behind area was the same, I LOST MY COOL, that's saying it nicely. My husband said to wait to cool down before I call. Okay I did, I called on Monday the 10th of February asking for the manager, I did tell the girl on the phone that I was angry I told her what happened, gave the phone to another girl and she says oh yeah he was with a groomer and the groomer did a hygiene cleaning!!!! WTH I asked for the bath and brush not a groomer AND WHY DIDN'T ANYONE CALL ME TO DOUBLE CHECK, PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE AND COMMUNICATE. I was told that they would tell her what happened and give me a call back on Tuesday the 11th, no call. So I call late afternoon, they put the manager Kim on the phone and I told her how angry I was with what they did to my dog, her so UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE " we have had many complaints about how our service is done on him" Then she say you can come and get your money back and then we are cutting ties and he can not come back" Talk about seeing RED. This would be my 2nd complaint of what they did with him. The first one is they did give him a bath and brush and took him back to Doggie Day Camp soaking wet, when I got off work to go pick him up he was wet, super wet still and the guy at Doggie Day Camp said they brought him back like that!! Kim mentioned that to me also and said "I went back there and he was completely dry" excuse me, I went to pick him up after work so I am pretty sure you did not check on him prior to 4:30 pm. So because of the incompetent technicians she has in her salon, and they do not obviously know the difference between a bath and grooming Not one APOLOGY, or how can we make it up to you, nor did she take any responsibility for what her groomer had done to Lobo.
How does a MULTI MILLION(S) may be billion dollar COMPANY LET THEIR EMPLOYESS TREAT, PAYING CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A MANNER. WE PAY FOR A SERVICE AND IF THAT SERVICE IS NOT CORRECT DO WE NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO COMPLAIN AND GET A SMALL COMPENSATION, A FREE BATH AND BRUSH, A NAIL GRIND, SOMETHING! HOW DARE YOU LET THIS HAPPEN IN SUCH A GOOD PET STORE. I worked in customer service for 24 years and never would I have treated my paying customers in such a manner. Now I will wait and see what corporate does, will they contact me? will the allow my Lobo to go back, maybe fire Kim for her poor customer service skills. Sorry this is so long but I have to share how awful the experience we had with them. AWFUL, AWFUL.

This review is for grooming at this location. It's always been hit-or-miss, but yesterday we brought our spaniel in for a $98 cut and extras package.The groomer checked her record and asked if we wanted the same as last time (which was a good cut) and we said yes, much shorter all over. My husband picked her up after. When we were playing with her last night we noticed that they'd not done what they did last time - she still had a knot behind one ear, and her sides and back (where the very long hair is) had not been trimmed at all. Her chest was trimmed, but her stomach seemed to be completely shaved and there is a hard line where there's a lot of hair and suddenly none. It was not a good grooming, and this is the last time we'll be taking her to PetSmart groomin.

Two very unfortunate situations with these groomers, would not recommend this place. The first time we went, my dog unfortunately had an accident during blow drying which was understandable to be unpleased about but very out of normal for him. He’s never done that with a groomer before, just must have had to go beforehand. But, the second time grooming here was really what will make me never go back.
One of the groomers did not inform us of a pretty significant up-charge prior to his groom which when addressed about it after seeing the ticket, blamed not telling us on us interrupting her which was just NOT the case at all & did not happen. She simply should have been sure to notify the customer of an upcharge before we left. They also, because of the previous experience with him, DID NOT even attempt to keep his hair the length we wanted & instead shaved him down before bathing to almost complete skin everywhere over his body because they did not want to blow dry him. I even asked for a specific length. We also found cuts and bleeding in an area. Truly felt like they did not care to try to save our pups fur due to the previous experience which would not have happened again as we made sure to have him go to the bathroom first.
We ended up speaking to a manager who removed the up-charge, but it was truly a rough experience with blame put on us and unprofessional arguing. Not good customer service besides a few ladies at the front apologizing.

Got a couple of great gifts for my dog friends. Nice selection of affordable toys. Nice people at the cash register. Nobody available on the floor to answer any questions.

if i could give zero stars i would. they were behind which is understandable, so my dog ended up being there for 4 hours…..came in to come get him to see the workers pulling him by the neck with the collar to bring him to the back room, which i understand animals get nervous but even getting a harness, or being more patient/ gentle?? got to the car and his whole neck is bright red and his nails were not trimmed at all!! they were split and had excess nail still attached needless to say we will not be returning

Love Foco Petsmart! For being a large corporation, they really go above and beyond. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been overly helpful and super friendly! Prices are reasonable… highly recommend!

Google said the location was open. I NEED a thermometer for my fish tank due to the old one not working and now my 9 tropical fish are freezing and dying. Door was opened by an employee for me at 8. Get told to leave 10 mins later cuz they open in 30. No longer will this place be receiving any money from me.

First time booking with PetSmart Grooming. Booked a grooming appointment online and they called to say that they made a schedule error and that I needed to change my appointment time because of their mistake. Already unprofessional. Then they proceeded to tell me that it would take 3-4 hours to groom my husky. It did not say anywhere online it would take that long. Also 4 hours?? Really?? Then they said that I could not book a basic bathe and brush appointment for a husky even though that's exactly what I booked online. Again- it did not say that online anywhere. So I would have had to pay way more money than I had anticipated because of rules that I was not made aware of until I asked them because they called me. I'm so glad I cancelled my appointment and I will never take my dog there. They are being unprofessional and shady.
