    Worst communication and costumer service I had to deal with in USA. I wish I can give a 0 star. incompetent front desk receptionist, incompetent management. They just don't care. I hope our HOA finds another management company than this one.

    Customer service is HORRIBLE. Hard to get ahold of, slow to act, and generally just unhelpful in most every sense.
