The apartment community is located in a quiet and relatively safe area, though there have been a few concerns about passersby going through the dumpsters. While the apartment interiors offer ample space, there are some quality issues such as sloppy patch jobs on the walls, paint color mismatches, limited storage options, and low-quality flooring. The kitchen sink also lacks adequate water pressure. However, the maintenance team at ReNew Foothills has received high praise from residents. Bradley, Cheyenne, and Matt, the maintenance supervisor, have been responsive, communicative, and thorough in addressing any issues promptly. They have gone above and beyond to ensure problems are resolved efficiently and do not reoccur.
