I contacted Kelly by email one day earlier and he asked me to bring my ring in the next day. I did drop the ring off the next day and Kelly told me could do the modification same day. Ring appraisal was performed while I waited and watched (which lasted about an hour) thus, no need for my ring to be sent out. I was then able to take the appraisal to my insurance company for coverage.Professional, honest and very, very good service. I will be back to re-design more pieces. Thank you!Veronica
