Target is a conveniently located store with a friendly and helpful staff, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Customers appreciate the wide variety of items available, which helps them find what they need without having to travel far. The store layout is well organized, making it simple to navigate and find products. Staff members, including employees like Lucas, Emily, and Kendra, are noted for their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above expectations. The pick-up and return process is straightforward, adding to a positive shopping experience. However, there is a concern regarding the treatment of senior citizens. Some elderly shoppers report unfair profiling and suspicion based solely on age, which can lead to being closely monitored, asked for receipts more often, or questioned about their intentions—regardless of their actual behavior. This age discrimination can be humiliating and stressful, impacting their overall experience. While security is allowed to monitor suspicious actions, profiling solely on age is considered discriminatory. Witnessing such unfair treatment can be upsetting, and customers are encouraged to speak with store management to advocate for respectful treatment of all shoppers. Overall, Target provides a convenient, friendly shopping environment with attentive staff, though awareness of age-related discrimination remains important.
Really dislike this particular Target. Parking is crowded, items are are limited. Not your average Target:( There grocery pickup is subpar.

Why is Self-Checkout ALWAYS closed? Seems counter-productive to force people to one line and to take longer to check out when there is clearly enough staff to manage. Edit: came in months later at 1040a. No self check out. Whats the point of having it at all?
