“I rented a 26’ truck with furniture pads. The employee at Fort Collins store was okay but he wanted to give me the pads that left in the truck by the previous renter. I had to ask him to switch the set with a new one. Also, the fuel level was around three quarts. When I mentioned that he said he will note it. Luckily I took a photo. When I returned the truck I found that they charged me $140 claiming the fuel level was full when I got the truck. I had to call them and send a photo, then they refunded me for that amount immediately. In total, the customer service of booking and all phone and app services were great but the local service in Fort Collins can do a better job.”
“Great team and super helpfull. I needed a work van because another driver crashed into my service truck and they worked directly with the at fault insurance company.”
“The only hitch in picking up a Ubox, if you are towing it yourself, would be that the warehouse is not at the 6100 South College location. You need to go to the warehouse at 3700 Canal Street near State Highway 14 (Mulberry Street) and Interstate 25, on the east side of Fort Collins. But otherwise, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Uhaul.”
“Uhaul website said this store could do a one way rental, not so. HOWEVER, Kevin, did a fantastic job finding where my truck really was, called uhaul to verify and helped me with directions. For this reason he gets a 5 star. Thanks!!!”
“I will always go to this U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer! They won my loyalty with genuine care and customer service. During one of the hardest months of my entire life (and my mom's too) they showed us kindness, customer care, flexibility, and generous accommodations. Their communication was top notch. I won't soon forget how they made such a trialing time that much better. They're kindness & services went a long way! They truly seem community oriented; I'll recommend them ALWAYS!! Thank you U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer!”
“Amazing people, convient off I25 with no traffic. Like that it's easy to get in and out of, for those of us not good at backing in trailers. Moved every 2yrs with the Army for the last 20+yrs and I rarely find a good Uhaul/Budget rental company. Highly recommend.”
“I have used King's UHaul on several occasions, and have always been beyond impressed. I have utilized many Uhaul dealers for business over the years, and I can easily say King's and the service I've received from Zach are among the best. Top notch customer service, convenient location, nice equipment. I look forward to renting from Zach and King's again soon. Highly recommend!”

“I highly recommend No Limit Services. Shawn is very friendly/professional. He quickly removed a couple washing machines and a dryer. This helped us out so much. Had to pass his info to friends/family. Will be keeping this company on speed dial. Thank you Shawn!”
