We had 2 relatives pass away within 3 weeks of each other. They worked with several banks.
The employees at the other 2 banks were uncaring and in some cases rude when we were trying to deal with their accounts.
Melissa has been outstanding!! She's caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. She has been available to talk with us and help us get estate accounts setup. It's so refreshing to work with people that really care and don't treat you like just another number.
