Took a lot for us to move all our accts after being with the other bank for decades. We are SO glad we made the move. 1st Bank has been great! It is rare nowadays to be called by name and acknowledged when you wait in line. Simple things like "we will be right with you or we apologize for the wait" are rare in most businesses now but common at this location.”
