“The worst experience ever they burn the Jeep starter when I told them to call me so I could start my own Jeep cuz it's a 93 it's old they wouldn't go ahead and start the Jeep and burn my starter then the manager was fighting outside with one of his workers I'm trying to fire him and they were just about to fist fight then he comes inside the shop and start yelling at me because I was inside the shop where customers are not supposed to be but I told the guys to call me when they were going to start the Jeep and the reason why I was there is because they could not start the Jeep after they burned the starter so he was very rude and I will not go through that place again ever until they change managers really bad really really bad attitude manager”

We bought a brand new truck Monday from groove ford in centennial. There was some severe sidewall damage to a tire and two others wouldn’t hold air. I called yesterday and told them they needed to put new tires on our truck. They said we were out of their tow radius and we needed to take it over to Brighton and they would get the tires fixed for us and take care of it. Kyle took hold of the situation after I called, ordered tires and had them there in just a few hours. He got everything squared away with groove to get these tires fixed and paid for. Thanks Kyle for taking the time to get us taken care of!”
“They are always busy but you don't need an appointment & they are done in an hour or two, so best to drop off. Always really friendly and they try to save you money.”
“My oil was super fast, I was in and out in 15 minutes. My complaint is the my papers in the glove box were left on the passenger seat. After I left, I inquired why this done, they said that they were checking out the cabin air filter. Never had this done.”
