We bought a brand new truck Monday from groove ford in centennial. There was some severe sidewall damage to a tire and two others wouldn’t hold air. I called yesterday and told them they needed to put new tires on our truck. They said we were out of their tow radius and we needed to take it over to Brighton and they would get the tires fixed for us and take care of it. Kyle took hold of the situation after I called, ordered tires and had them there in just a few hours. He got everything squared away with groove to get these tires fixed and paid for. Thanks Kyle for taking the time to get us taken care of!”

“Motorhome had electrical/brake problems with warning lights and beeping that would not reset or stop. Service Advisor Breanna said she could have a Service Technician on it the next day if I got it to there shop first thing in the morning. Their response was as promised with results and repairs done promptly. I continued on to Nebraska the next day, a happy RV’er. Don’t find people like Rocky Mountain Truck Centers anymore that “do what they say”. Thanks RMTC FOR A GREAT JOB.”
“I was POSITIVE I needed new break pads. After a full inspection, the team assured me I did not. This is one of the first experiences I’ve had where a mechanic didn’t find something to charge me for. The shop also had a super positive vibe. When I do actually need something, I’m going back to these guys!! Impressive.”
