They are spot on with diagnosing problems and picking out the right parts. Employees install batteries, change brake lights, and replace bulbs for customers, even for complicated tasks. This is what all Autozone stores should be like. Great service. That being said I’ve never had a bad experience at any Autozone from AZ to CO to IL.
