I witnessed an elderly lady come in and she was upset with a message and didn’t know if it was a good one or not. Desire calmly helped the woman & it touched my heart…. She then had to deal with me & I am more than a handful to say the least!! She treated me with respect as well. She is an asset, keep her!!
