“Desire is absolutely a wonderful person and an asset to the company!! She kind and willing to help her clients with her knowledge and her heart! I witnessed an elderly lady come in and she was upset with a message and didn’t know if it was a good one or not. Desire calmly helped the woman & it touched my heart…. She then had to deal with me & I am more than a handful to say the least!! She treated me with respect as well. She is an asset, keep her!! In this world today it’s difficult for most people to just be genuinely nice and helpful. I can’t say the last time someone treated their customers like this & it was nice for a change!!! Thank you ?”

“The technician, Pat, was kind, very nice! He had our service up and going fast. I've been having problems with my computer, and internet service. The technician took extra time to see if he could help me. We decided it's my computer. I appreciated his help! Above and beyond. I appreciated him and the great service he did in installing our internet service in our home. Allo great service!!”
