They sent a team to come and set it up, they made sure it was working perfectly, and even did some staff training on-site. We ran into one or two snags a couple of weeks later and they sent someone out immediately to work through it with us. It is very clear that they are focused on exceptional customer service which makes my work life so much easier - I don't think I ever want to buy a printer without them again. I just purchased ink and paper through them as well and got a better price than I would through online retailers.”

They said they had a few jobs ahead of me, and would get it done - and they did!
